We also teach Meditation, Pranayama regularly in session apart from Jal Niti and other shat karmas separately if required. Sessions are going on both in morning and evening. Its 5 days a week. Duration of each session is 40-45 minutes. Monthly fees is reasonable, depending on distance, time slot and group size. Some of venues are Jamuna apartments, TDI Wellington Heights, Sunny enclave, Shivalik city, SBP homes, Acme Heights and so on. Which is so relevant in today's life, where people have so much aggression, stress, tension due to sedentary lifestyle, economic & peer pressure, junk food and lack of time.योग: चित्त वृत्ति निरोध:॥ Yoga helps in settling your mind apart from physical benefits. You can use yoga to get rid of your backache or improve your focus & peace of mind or you can use it as a ladder to the divine.
Our Yoga instructor Anurag Sharma is government certified yoga instructor. He is practising yoga & meditation regularly since 2001 and teaching since 2011. He has learned yoga and meditation from various organizations including Art of living, Vipasna center, Patanjali, Chandigarh college of yoga and Chandigarh Administration. He has taught yoga & meditation at various government schools & private colleges at Kharar and Mohali. Also conducted weekly sessions for one year at various hospitals of Chandigarh including PGI drug & alcohol de addiction center. He also conduct corporate sessions for employees from time to time in various MNCs.
Every year he also works for Chandigarh Administration as Master Yoga Trainer for preparing participants for International Yoga day event at Chandigarh.
